PLEASE CAREFULLY READ THE FOLLOWING:
A New Client Intake Form included in your appointment confirmation email please complete at least 24 hours in advance of your session.
It is my desire to help you get what you came for and to keep myself happily in business indefinitely.
Cancellation Policy:
Life happens. I know I’ve been there too.
My total business income in based on only 4 clients per day. I limit clients to 4 per day so that I may be my best for each of you. I am it, the one and only employee. I love it. But when you miss an appointment both myself and another person loses an opportunity. Your consideration is appreciated.
But as a sole practitioner, 100% of the business’s income is based on time allotted for just four appointments daily, and I typically stay booked out for weeks. Also, when you cancel on short notice, another person, unfortunately, loses an opportunity to get out of pain.
I have a very strict cancellation policy of 24 hours or more before your appointment. After 24 hours, IF you cancel for any reason, you’ll be charged for the full treatment cost.
Read this one more time. That’s ANY reason. Illness, car accident, or alien abduction…you must pay for your appointment with the credit card I’ll have on file for you.
Life happens. If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment and that’s OK. There is no fee if notification is given at least a full 24 hours prior to your appointment.
Okay. You get that. It rarely ever happens but I need to say it out loud.
Arriving Late:
Please, arrive 5-10 minutes early for an appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. If you arrive right on time or late, I can only give you whatever time remains of your appointment, however you will be responsible to pay the full length of the session you requested.
You are welcome to arrive as late as you’d like! However, your massage may start without you and still end on time, lol. Out of respect and consideration of my time and other clients, please plan to be on time. Arrive 5-10 minutes early for an appointment in order to get the full time scheduled. I Keep Your Credit Card On File To Guarantee Your Session:
This time is scheduled just for you and only you which is why I require a credit card on file or prepayment to reserve and guarantee your appointment. However, you WILL NOT be charged unless you do not adhere to the Cancellation/No-Show policy. After the session you may pay in anyway you choose.
If you do not wish to save a credit card number on file, no problem! You can prepay your service in advance. Cancellation/No-Show policy will still apply.

Failure to arrive for your appointment at all will result in a 100% charge of the reserved service amount. But then, you knew that…didn’t you?
On a brighter note: I honor my policy in reverse! If I ever cancel on you with less than 24 hrs notice, your next massage is free! My relationship with my clients is built on a foundation of mutual trust and respect.
